This is the current workout routine that I am using. I did my own modified version of stronglifts and ice cream fitness before I moved on to this one. I was trying out PHUL and it was a great program, but I want to split my hypertrophy days up. This landed me to PHAT where I can go 5 days a week and still focus on powerlifting/hypertrophy work.
I came to the point where I wanted to see quicker changes with my appearance which is why I am moving from the mostly powerlifting focus I’ve had during most of 2015.
